Design Manager
We are looking for a Design Manager based out of the Elkridge, MD area to join a leading company in the telecommunications industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of CAD designers while also creating civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD 2018.
The work will focus primarily on wireless site builds and upgrades in the telecommunications industry.
You will produce drawings, perform site walks, document site conditions, developer construction plan reviews, manage drawing production, and manage outside vendors on engineering items.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Technical Degree, or something similar) Experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably wireless Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2018, Microsoft Office, and GIS Knowledge of construction and constructability practices and principles Management experience is not required but is considered a nice to have Knowledge of engineering design principles, design guides/standards, and construction processes/techniques Additional Details:
This will be a hybrid role Some local market travel will be required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
