Job Description JOB REQUIREMENTS:

years' experience in aR&D/Quality/Manufacturing environment Associates degree or higher in an electronic or networking field Overtime required when needed Travel as needed (Expected to be less than 25%) JOB Overview:
This position will require a person with a diversified skill sets who is flexible and able prioritize workloads in a rapidly changing environment.
The person must be organized, detail oriented, and a self-starter able to work with little supervision.
A typical day can vary greatly, and the person can be asked to do production work, QC testing, and/or R&D work with Engineering.
The production work would require some electro-mechanical assembly skills for assembling small to large robots.
The quality work would include testing of incoming components as well as functionality testing for finished assemblies or sub systems.
The R&D work would be hands on work with engineering to help develop prototype concepts and designs.
There is a possibility of some travel to help the fielding of newly shipped projects.
Experience:
Control systems CPU configuration Various Communication types (serial, digital, fiber, can bus) Electrical Theory Mechanical assembly concepts to include gear and motor drive assembly Signal analysis (Power, Video and RF) Assembly and repair of various termination types (Crimp and Solder) Electro-Mechanical assembly and repair Schematic reading and comprehension (Mechanical and Electrical) Testing equipment (Multi-meters, power supplies, load banks, signal generators, oscilloscope etc.
) Hand tools (Wrenches, Screwdrivers, Torque tools, Small power tools)
Job Description:
Assembles, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical, mechanical, and robotic assemblies Reads and comprehends manuals and related manufacturing documentation Troubleshoots and assesses electrical/mechanical systems while providing feedback and implements approved solutions Completes full system test of integrated systems as well individual components Maintains thorough system documentation and records Helps develop and write testing procedures for systems Assemble mechanical parts, as instructed in accordance to manufacturing documentation (assembly instructions, process documents, travelers, etc.
) into sub-units or complete units.
Wire electronic components as instructed in accordance to manufacturing documentation (assembly instructions, process documents, travelers, etc.
) into sub-units or complete units Completes production/quality related documentation Assembles repairs and fabricates parts by operating mechanical equipment or tools, in conjunction with adhering to proper handling and safety requirements Performs work in accordance with quality and engineering standards Keep work area clean and organized as to present a professional work environment Complete any other work-related task as directed by supervisor EDUCATION PREFERENCE:
Associates degree or higher in an electronic or networking field (Required) Certifications (Current or Non-Current) IPC-A-610 Quality controlled environment CORE COMPETENCIES:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
