Our company is actively seeking a hardworking, diligent, and motivated candidate to fill the role of Project Administrator/Project Compliance role.
The Project Administrator/Project Compliance is responsible for reviewing and processing all Certified Payroll, Affirmative Action, and Project Administration paperwork for the Company and acts as a liaison between the Company, Subcontractors, and Agencies to meet all Certified Payroll and Affirmative Action requirements.
Responsibilities:
Certified Payroll/ Affirmative Action:
Facilitate Certified Payroll and Affirmative Action Packets at contract issuance Monitor the receipt and follow-up on Affirmative Action/First Source/ Section 3 documentation Monitor the receipt of Executed First Source Agreements from DOES Reviews and tracks compliance of certified payroll and affirmative action reports for the Company as well as subcontractors Prepare MBE/WBE Reporting - due 15th of the month Prepare DHCD Section 3 Quarterly Report Prepare CBE Reporting - due 30th of every month Prepare City WorkForce Report Monitor the receipt of Additional Classifications from Agency Daily Reports - Monitor and update CP Log Provides outreach and training to subcontractors Scans and logs report into compliance software Project Administration:
Supports one or more project teams Performs word processing/ typing responsibilities - prepares, processes, and facilitates correspondence (faxes, letters, contracts, etc.
) Routes, files, and follows-up on project-specific incoming mail and information in accordance with office procedures Prepares, packages, files, and follows up on project-specific outgoing mail and information in accordance with office procedures Monitors receipt and follows-up on subcontractor contract requirements Manages contracts for subcontractors/ suppliers - complete contract assembly from written material provided by the Project Executive or Project Manager Prepares and manages change orders Receives, logs, disseminates and manages RFIs (Requests for Information) Receives, logs, disseminates and manages returned submittals Coordinates drawings orders with the printing company to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of drawings Prepares Joint Check Agreements Updates and maintains shared drive and Procore drive Coordinates the assembly and dissemination of operations and maintenance manuals Creates and maintains project filing system and permissions in project management software Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
