You will be solely responsible for training and career development of apprentices and crew chiefs in training.
This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.
In addition, Key Responsibilities Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives Train crew chiefs the art of effective communications Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets Additional
Responsibilities:
Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews Provide priority response to potential customers This is a field position that produces work hands on and in the field running jobs You will be responsible for field on-call rotations in a geographic area in which you will be responsible for training appentices and crew chiefs You will be paired with apprentices and crew chiefs in training as part of thewir career development Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates in all aspects of mitigation jobs You will be responsible as an on-call project manager for after hour emergencies The on-call rotation will be one week on followed by one week off You will also be responsible to go on site and lead a team to ensure the restoration process is being delivered the SERVPRO way Position Requirements Valid driver's license High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred At least 2
year of management and/or supervisory experience At least 2
years of industry experience with a heavy emphasis on hands on training Required IICRC certifications - WRT, AMRT, FSRT, and ODR (Willing to get ASD and obtain company sponsored Master certification) Ability to be on-call 24/7 rotation schedule.
Evenings and weekend rotations are a must SERVPRO experience is highly preferred Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.
g.
