In this role, the ideal candidate would be responsible for contacting customers to collect current and past-due balances.
Compensation ranges from $20.
00 to $21.
00 /hr working Monday to Friday, 8:
00 AM to 5:
00 PM.
The Day-to-Day:
Monitor customer accounts and identify past-due balances.
Contact customers to receive payment on current and past due accounts.
Answer customer questions in a timely manner.
Verify customer contact information and update it as necessary.
Process customer credit card payments.
Maintain accounts receivable records.
Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential.
Qualifications:
Prior collections experience is required.
Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs.
Excellent presentation, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Able to work independently and/or collaboratively within a team.
Able to interact professionally with customers, and vendor partners.
Highly motivated to learn and grow - self-directed and proactive.
Maintain a high level of integrity and trust.
Reliable and responsive.
