Job Details:
Remote Position:
Enjoy the flexibility of working from home or any location of your choice.
Approximately 4 hours per day, 3 days per week, with the flexibility to choose daytime or afternoon hours into early evening.
Occasional Events:
A few times a year, you'll have the exciting opportunity to assist with boat or home shows to promote our dog training services.
Saturday Fun:
There's potential for extra hours on Saturday mornings, where you'll assist with group training sessions.
These sessions are held in Howard and Anne Arundel Counties.
Responsibilities:
Client Relations:
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling phone calls and returning inquiries.
As a knowledgeable team member, you'll provide detailed explanations of our various dog training services and their prices.
Your friendly attitude will reassure our clients that their pups are in good hands.
Scheduling Maestro:
Keeping our schedule organized and efficient is crucial to our success.
You'll be responsible for managing appointments seamlessly.
Communication Management:
Maintaining accurate records of customer communication is essential for our business's smooth functioning.
