Job Functions:
Prepares information by collecting and reviewing information then inputting, editing, retrieving, and copying data, text and graphics as needed; mailing correspondence as needed.
Ensures legal compliance by maintaining broker/dealer files and registration requirements for accounts, affiliated companies and persons.
Assists with daily operation of the marketing and operations group, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Hands-on involvement in a variety of marketing logistics, including event production through booth scheduling and shipping, collateral coordination and premium ordering.
May staff trade show and promotional events as needed.
Responsible for managing inventory of in-house premiums and fulfillment of contest prizes.
Prepares quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers
Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications
Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner by:
Developing technical presentations for potential customers
Maintaining up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends & government regulations
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to configure high-end hardware solutions
Proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Well-developed presentation skills
Excellent customer relations skills
Availability to travel at least 25% of the timeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
