Develop and distribute course announcements

Provide logistics support
MUST HAVE A TS/SCI clearance and have taken a polygraph.
Will provide administrative support and customer service to Curriculum Managers, Instructors and Student''s. The position is located in Linthicum Heights, Maryland.

Experience: Must have TS/SCI clearance and a polygraph before being able to start.
Two (2) years experience in a professional or academic environment.
Two (2) years in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g. EXCEL, Word and Power Point).
Two (2) years documented experience in:
Customer service principles (i.e. planning and scheduling, presentation and briefing techniques, problem solving strategies/ methods, and record keeping
Classroom use of computers and internet/intranet connectivity skills and operating general office equipment
Internal and external customer relations; issue/problem resolution; presenting and promoting ideas and initiatives; process improvement; project management; data/information management, teaming, and time management

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
