Position
Summary:
-Complete or supplement thorough and accurate dock check daily -Confirm location of ALL shipments in the terminal -Identify shipments not routed for delivery that should be (code accordingly) -Identify and communicate misrouted shipments (code and handle accordingly) -Communicate unidentified freight in efforts to find the correct location -Review UN report daily and communication actions taken to resolve -Review NF report daily to confirm exception and reporting to Customer -Review MIA emails and research and respond for terminal -Audit manifests for quality exception reporting -JDOORS, LH loading, LH Unloading, PD loading, JSM -Good descriptions, not just -damaged- -Were pictures taken and uploaded -Same shippers -Similar damages -Log unidentified freight and upload pictures -Manage the OSD bay -Additional responsibilities as assigned
