The Technical Advisor - Service and Parts is responsible for assisting dealer service personnel (Service Managers, Technicians, Body Shop Specialists, etc.) with repair of problematic vehicles that cannot be resolved through available resources. The Technical Advisor will provide feedback on vehicle quality issues and assist with resolution on current unresolved issues. The Technical Advisor will also mentor field personnel on technical and service operations issues, act as the technical resource for the Business Center, provide legal representation for Chrysler Group LLC at the local level. This person will also support Chrysler Academy's technical training goals and objectives for our dealer body and counsel dealer body, in all aspect of fixed operations, focusing on customer satisfaction, profitability and owner loyalty. The Technical Advisor will also initiate and conduct dealer service quality review teams, focus on profitability and additional service department, support Dealer Council, provide field product training, auto show implementation, Super Guild meetingsetc. Lastly, the Technical Advisor will ensure proper levels of equipment, tools and training are met to dealership standards.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technical field
Experience in automotive technical service (automotive car repair, certified automotive technician and/or body work)
Willing to relocate
Travel 80 to 90%
locally/on the road, 50% overnight travel
Preferred
Qualifications:
Dealership experience
Excel in building positive working relationships, customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision
ASE certification is a plus, body shop experience
Any legal experience (depositions, expert testimony, work with attorneys, etc.)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
