Customer Service Representative

Purpose is to act as a pro-active liaison between customers, manufacturing and shipping to support sales functions by performing the following duties. Accurately expedite order entry by communicating with clients and internal departments. Problem solving and trouble shooting on telephone with customers regarding product needs, shipping dates, damaged materials, etc. Check stock and lead times for YKK material. Use price book to assist customers with pricing standard material orders. Follow up on orders that have already been placed. Claims resolution of over-billing, returns, internal quality concerns, and credits. Communicates with area salespeople regarding order status. Focus is on providing the most effective and responsive service-oriented communication to internal and external clients.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus 2 years as a Customer Service Representative with YKK AP or 2 years of customer service experience in the glazing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
