Summary:
The Domestic Sorter will perform domestic United States mail processing ensuring the mail is correctly sorted, clearly printed and that labels are placed correctly; will ensure all sorting procedures are properly followed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Sort all mail by sort area requirements and in accordance with company quality process standardsMeet sorting production quota standardsInspect each piece of mail to ensure the indicia are affixed correctly and the zip code on the indicia matches the address zip codeMaintain cleanliness of work areaDuties may include reassignment to alternate operational areas as business needs requireEssential duties are not necessarily exhaustive and may be supplemented or otherwise revised by DHL at its sole discretionEDUCATION AND/OR
Experience:
High School or equivalent training and/or related experience preferredREQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
Understand and carry out oral instructionsAbility to sort alphabetically and numericallyUnderstand standardized math processes, e.

, count, addition and subtractionWork under pressure, rapidly for long periods of timeWork as a member of a teamThis work is routine by nature with established routines and standing instructionsInterface with other employees in the same department on a regular basis PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Walk, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
